Charlotte and Glen Gariner have purchased the Golden Cavvy Restaurant and Lounge located in downtown Craig at 538 Yampa Avenue. The restaurant is one of the most recognizable businesses downtown, and employs about 25 people during the hunting season and around 22 the rest of the year.

I became involved with Communities Overcoming Methamphetamine Abuse because meth use devastates people and their families. I work at Moffat County Social Services and see people losing their income, their families, as well as severely hampering their future because of meth use.

MCHS cross-country misses sweep at regionals by 1 point

The Moffat County High School varsity cross-country team had top finishers in the girls and boys races, the boys team finished first, and the girls finished second. Montrose was able to top Moffat County’s girls squad, 41-42, to prevent a Bulldog sweep.
