Larry Dill, 58, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, driving on roadways laned for traffic and turning movements and required signals.

James Oliver Bowman, 42, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of liquor, compulsory insurance, careless driving, and possession of drug text.

Scott Riley Peterson, 30, of Vernal, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, driving under the influence, failure to drive in a single lane and driving a motor vehicle with a restrained license.

Armando Valdez-Borja, 20, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
