Craig briefs: Concert association preparing for first show

The first performance of the Craig Concert Association's 2009-10 season is nearing.
The a cappella group, "Home Free," is scheduled to perform Monday in the auditorium at Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane.
Home Free has performed for a wide range of audiences, from the Minnesota Vikings to the Mall of America. They also devote their time to educating and encouraging music in schools.
The show starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets cost $20 at the door.
Or, concert goers may purchase a $35 membership, which will get them into all five concerts for the season. Student memberships are $10, and $70 for a family.

New Daily Press racks around Craig
To provide newspapers to local residents from sunup to sundown, the Daily Press has installed six new newspaper racks around town.
The locations are:
• Craig Daily Press, 466 Yampa Ave.
• Carelli's, 465 Yampa Ave.
• Jackson's Office Supply, 106 W. Victory Way
• OP Bar & Grill, 534 E. Victory Way
• Ocean Pearl, 441 W. Victory Way
• U.S. Post Office, 556 Pershing St.
Weekday copies are available for 25 cents each. The Saturday Morning Press will continue to be delivered free of charge.
