The baby weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces and was 18 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Jerry and Betsy Carter, of Florence. Paternal grandparents are Gail Severson, of Craig, and the late Jim Severson. The baby was welcomed home by a brother, Carter Severson, and a sister, Tate Severson.
- Rachel and Josh Bower, of Craig, announce the birth of their son, Braxton Lynn Bower, at 9:10 a.m. Nov. 16, 2009, at The Memorial Hospital in Craig. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Steve Halcomb and Kim Halcomb, of Craig. Paternal grandparents are Joe Bower and Colleen Bower, of Craig. The baby was welcomed home by a sibling, Brody Bower.
- Amanda and Eric Duran, of Craig, announce the birth of their son, Evan Tanner Duran, at 2:55 p.m. Nov. 20, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Bob and Terry Bennett, and Leo and Losella Duran, all of Craig. The baby was welcomed home by sibling Andrew Duran.
- Janey and Kyle Kostur, of Grand Junction, announce the birth of their daughter, Kaylee Malene Kostur, at 3:41 a.m. Nov. 18, 2009. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Will and Jill Montieth, of Hayden, and Skip and Bev Kostur, of Craig. Great-grandparents are Jim and Carolyn Montieth, of Hayden, Betty Doolin, of Hayden, and Bob and Judy Kostur, of Craig.
- Sarah and Michael Owens, of Yampa, announce the birth of their daughter, Elizabeth Lynne Owens, at 2:07 p.m. Nov. 21, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. Grandparents are Dave and Barb Seed, of Craig, and Art Owens, of Colorado Springs. The baby was welcomed home by siblings Sammi and Eddy Cless.
- Kayloni Marie Grinolds and Tyson Shawn Voyek, of Steamboat Springs, announce the birth of their daughter, Oakleigh Marie Voyek, at 8:03 p.m. Nov. 18, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Kelly and Regina Grinolds, of Craig, and Cindy Biskup, of Mesquite, Nevada.
