Craig Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4265 and American Legion Post 62 members need to be aware of a possible scam involving a person claiming to be a veteran and needing assistance to get back to his home in Arizona.
No records were found of this person, and when questioned for more information, he gave a false address in Arizona and a Branson, Mo., telephone number.
I have more information on this person, so come to my office if you have been contacted by anyone claiming to need monetary assistance.
