Many veterans attended the Veterans Day activities Wednesday at Moffat County High School.
A question and answer period enlightened students about the everyday life of a veteran, and whether the veteran was in a peace time or combat situation. The flag folding and missing man ceremonies, and honor guard also made everyone aware of why we, as Americans, pay tribute to all the service members of all service branches.
Also, a special thanks to American Northwest Realty for the great lunch, and to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4265 for the great barbecue.
Eighty to 100 people attended the barbecue at the VFW.
