To the members of Craig City Council:

The prosecution of Francisco Reina will not be a shining moment of the Craig City Council.

Your desire to show Craig residents you are staunch opponents of the law instead will show the public you are ready to stamp on the little guy when he is down.

    So do you think that the city council has the right to enforce the rules at their discretion? Or should the rules apply the same for everyone? I choose the latter.
