Richard and Gayle Kendall and Roger and Betty Miesner, longtime friends of Bustad's extended family, opened an account at Bank of the West in Craig on his behalf to help with medical costs.
Residents who wish to make a donation can do so by making a deposit in Ricky Bustad's name at Bank of the West, 139 E. Victory Way.
Cards and well wishes also can be sent to Amy Bustad, c/o Carolyn Moehle, 6853 Moore St., Arvada, CO 80006.
