10 and 11:30 a.m. Story-time takes place at the Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St. Miss Trish will read to visitors. The library will honor Mother's Day during this time. Call 824-5116.

1 p.m. Community United meets at the Craig Firehouse, 419 Yampa Ave. A coffee bar will be provided; attendees may bring snacks to share. Call 824-6424.

6 p.m. Holistic Health & Fitness, 420 Breeze St., offers a free guided meditation and centering class. The class is open to the public. Visitors are advised to wear comfortable clothes. Call Karrie Booth at 824-4700.

6 p.m. Bill Sawer leads the first Craig Recreational Bike Ride, a one-hour ride in the local area for all ages. Children younger than 10 need an adult with them. The group will start from the T & H NAPA Auto Parts parking lot, 400 Taylor St. Call 824-0116 for more information.

8 p.m. An open meeting of Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Call Bud at 824-1793.

5 p.m. The Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way, hosts bingo. Doors open at 5 p.m. Games begin at 6:15 p.m. Call Frank at 824-6131 or 620-0874.

7 p.m. Fellowship Group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 419 Yampa Ave. Call 326-6646.

7 p.m. The Joyful Noisemakers youth group performs the musical, "Rock Solid," at Craig Christian Church, 960 W. Victory Way. The event is open to the public.

7 to 9 p.m. Celebrate Recovery meets at 1150 W. Ninth St. The group is designed to help people overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups. Childcare is provided, and late-comers are welcome. Call 824-5926.

Saturday, May 9

8 to 10:30 a.m. American Legion Post 62 hosts a pancake breakfast at the Legion Headquarters, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Breakfast is $5 a person.
