It’s hard to imagine the Moffat County High School girls golf team coming away from its lone home tournament of the year, the Moffat County Invitational Tournament, with any better results.

A network that started with a flash flood 12 years ago has a drought of volunteers in western Colorado.

The result was the same for the Moffat County High School girls soccer team. Matched up against Steamboat Springs, the Bulldogs struggled to keep things close and lost, 7-0.

Starting today, the Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St., will be undergoing renovations. The renovations will be at the front of the library, library officials said. The library will remain open during the renovations.

Klipp, a Denver-based company, will have all it needs after a visit next week to prepare a final cost estimate for building courtrooms at the Moffat County Public Safety Center and renovating the Moffat County Courthouse.

Not all politicians are immune to the confusion and angst local residents demonstrated on tax day in Moffat County.

The two Republican men who represent Northwest Colorado in the state Legislature aren’t happy with major fiscal policy directions the majority Democrats seem to be taking.

We have undertaken the overwhelming process of remodeling two houses - one for resale and a new one to call home.
