As you drive west on Victory Way, after passing City Market, take a gander to the north, and you will notice an improved look to the locally owned Elk Run Inn.

Owners Randy and Cindy Looper have installed a rock facade on the bottom portion of their motel. They are in the process of having the exterior painted and have plans to add a new sign that will match the new look of their building.

In addition, they will be adding a sidewalk that will run parallel to Victory Way. Locally owned general contractor business, Jenison Custom Builders has assisted them in accomplishing these great improvements.

Bring New Life to your carpet with cleaners

Dan Hoffman and Tom Cramer have opened a new carpet cleaning business in Craig.

New Life Carpet Care, co-located with Cramer Flooring (co-owned by Tom Cramer) in downtown Craig, is at 575 Yampa Ave.

Cramer said the name of the business was motivated because of "what Christ has done for us in our recovery from being an addict."

New Life offers carpet and upholstery cleaning, commercial and/or residential.

"This is a good marriage with the line of product that we offer at Cramer Flooring," Cramer said.

If you have or have had carpet installed by Cramer, there is a 10 percent off coupon to have your carpets cleaned.

To contact them, you can stop by their location or call 756-(LIFE)5433.
