10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Public voting for the 2010 Pet Mates Calendar Contest will be held during Whittle the Wood event at Craig City Park. Voting table will be located with the craft vendors.

10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Whittle the Wood Rendezvous takes place at Craig City Park. Vendors will begin setting up about 10 a.m. Live music begins at 3 p.m. Judging for wood carvings begins at 4 p.m. The featured performer, "Asleep at the Wheel," begins playing at 6 p.m. The event is open to the public. There is no cost. Visitors are allowed to bring their own coolers.

10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Dr. James Steel presents the "Emergent Church - Its History, Philosophy and Dangers" at Yampa Valley Baptist Church, 3900 E. Victory Way. Call 824-5424.

9:45 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Dr. James Steel presents the "Emergent Church - Its History, Philosophy and Dangers" at Yampa Valley Baptist Church, 3900 E. Victory Way. Call 824-5424.

10 a.m. to noon. The Craig Chamber of Commerce hosts a Father's Day river float. Anyone is welcome. The group will meet at Pebble Beach, behind the Yampa Valley Golf Course, and the float will end at Loudy-Simpson Park.
