Mary Jo Brown: Crossroads of life

How many times have I come to a place in my life when I had to make a choice on which way to go? Most of the time, I made a fairly good one. Some were pretty rocky, full of holes and muddy, but I usually ended up OK.

With help, of course.

Thanks to my curious nature, I would venture off into side roads. Winding down the roads in my mind, I find myself still asking the same question: Where do I go from here, or mostly, what do I do now?

Right now, I have birthdays for Roy Southard, Theodore Floyd, Trena Sharp and Ena Peed.

Get well/speedy recovery to Marie Greenwald, Walt Herod, Lois Cook, Patsy May and Harriet Decker.

A very nice open house pizza party was given for Don and Ruth Seick on Sunday at Sunset Meadows I by their family members. Don and Ruth are moving to Meeker, and this was a way for all their friends here and around Craig to say goodbye.

The AARP meeting is at 2 p.m. Monday in the dining room at Sunset Meadows I.

The noon potluck is scheduled for Friday at Sunset Meadows I. Come see us, and bring a friend.
