Noon. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association hosts a Grief and Mourning Support & Education Group each Tuesday at the Craig VNA office, 745 Russell St. The group is open to any adult grieving the death of a loved one. Call Neil Folks at 871-7660.
6:30 p.m. A Craig Relay for Life team captain's meeting takes place at Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane.

8 p.m. A closed meeting of Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Closed meetings are only for people with a desire to stop drinking. Call Bud at 824-1793.

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Conservation of prairie dogs in Northwest Colorado is the subject of a one-day workshop at the Holiday Inn of Craig, 300 S. Highway 13. The workshop is an early step in the implementation of the Gunnison and White-tailed Prairie Dog Conservation Plan. 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association's Aging Well Program takes place at the American Legion Post 62, 1055 Moffat County Road 7.

5:15 p.m. The Craig Beautification Committee's monthly meeting takes place at the Craig Chamber of Commerce.

8:30 to 10 a.m. Senior swimnastics takes place at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call 824-3625.
6 p.m. Holistic Health & Fitness, 420 Breeze St., offers a free guided meditation and centering class. The class is open to the public. Visitors are advised to wear comfortable clothes. Call Karrie Booth at 824-4700.
