- Renewal of tavern liquor license for Mathers Bar, at 420 Yampa Ave. No cause shown for denial.
- Renewal of 3.2 percent retail beer liquor license for Mini Mart, at 2441 W. Victory. No cause shown for denial.
• Audiences:
- Public hearing to consider granting a transfer of ownership of the retail liquor license for Craig Liquor at 391 Lincoln St., to be known as Lariat Liquors. Requested by Soni Vice.
- Consider a request for funding for Rural Philanthropy Days, taking place Sept. 16 through 18 in Steamboat Springs.
• Other business:
- Award a bid for water main fittings and valves.
- Resolution No. 6, a resolution appropriating grant funds in the general funds under police-professional services.

Decisions:
• Approved, 3-0, a warrant resolution.
• Approved, 3-0, the Board of Health minutes.
• Approved, 3-0, a Bureau of Land Management free use permit on clay pit number 21, for 39,000 yards of clay for surfacing Moffat County roads.
• Approved, 3-0, a contract for services agreement with Wheeler Manufacturing for construction and installation of stairway and crossovers at the Moffat County Public Safety Center. The projected cost of the project is $9,000.
• Approved, 3-0, a $7,500 grant contract for the Northwest Colorado Council for Children and Families for the Early Childhood Council.
• Heard from Rick Barnes regarding present public officials commitment resolution.
• Approved, 2-1, a personnel requisition for a self-sufficiency case manager for Moffat County Social Services.
• Rejected, 2-1, a personnel requisition for a temporary position in pest management.
