- Christy Bibb and Stephen Knight, of Meeker, announce the birth of their son, “Boomer” Ty Michael Knight, at 7:26 p.m. July 18, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long. Grandparents are Bill and Roni Bibb, of Meeker. The baby was welcomed home by a sibling, Natalie.
- Marie Hooker and Jeremy Retter, of Craig, announce the birth of their daughter, ShyAnne Alizabeth Retter, at 12:21 a.m., July 16, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 5 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 17 inches long. Grandparents are Betty Lindsey, of Craig, and Patty and Randy Hoyt, of Hayden.

Rinn D.C., of Steamboat Springs, announce the birth of their son, Griffin Benjamin Rinn, at 1:28 p.m. July 17, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19.75 inches long. Grandparents are Tim and Susie Rinn, of Steamboat Springs, and Kurt and Susie Gentis, of Bluffton, Ind.
