- Heidi and Andres Cardenas, of Craig, announce the birth of their son, Michael Arcadio Cardenas, at 9:27 p.m. June 20, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Larry and Dorothy Hayes, of Meeker, and Ray and Maggie Cardenas, of Clifton. The baby was welcomed home by siblings Savannah and Aaron.
- M. Samantha Marie Hinkle, of Hayden, announces the birth of her son, Conner James Dale Hinkle, at 8:19 p.m. June 18, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Joy and Paul Bachem, of Hayden, Gary Lynn Hinkle, of Fort Morgan, and Bill and Janice Rogers, of Hayden.
- Jamie and Scott Simpson, of Hayden, announce the birth of their son, Collin Jace Simpson, at 8:10 a.m. June 17, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 5 pounds, 5 ounces and was 17 inches long. Grandparents are Dean and Pam Simpson, of Hayden, James Denker, of Hayden, and Janice Durham, of Craig.
