The Moffat County School District is scheduled to continue its series of informational meetings on proposed changes to the elementary school attendance area changes today.

Ridgeview Elementary School, 600 Westridge Road, will host a meeting from 5 to 6 p.m. today on the planned boundary changes, which are slated to take effect this fall. Sunset Elementary School, 800 W. Seventh Street, will host a similar meeting from 7 to 8 p.m. today. School District administrators will attend both meetings to answer parents' questions and take their input on proposed changes.

The School District plans to redraw attendance areas to accommodate a fourth elementary school, which will be located in the existing Craig Intermediate School building. More than 300 students will be relocated to the new elementary school. The Moffat County School Board is scheduled to vote on the attendance area changes at its Feb. 26 meeting.
