I would like to write this letter to those people who let their pets run loose and go into other people’s yards and use them as the bathrooms. I would also like to say that the people who throw their snow back in the street when they shovel their driveways and sidewalks make it dangerous to drive because the snow makes it hard to drive even at slow speed.
