4:30 to 7 p.m. Moffat County High School track and field hosts a chili fundraiser at the high school, 900 Finley Lane, during the basketball games against Steamboat Springs. The cost is $3 for a bowl of chili and cornbread.
6:30 p.m. Antique Quilts Guild meets at Sunset Meadows common room, 633 Ledford St. For information, call Linda Pinnt at 824-5219.
6:30 to 9 p.m. The State of the County 2009 event takes place at the Holiday Inn of Craig, 300 S. Highway 13. Hear the state of the city, county and Chamber addresses, along with guest speakers from the Moffat County Tourism Association, Craig/Moffat Economic Development Partnership and Colorado Northwestern Community College. Tickets are $40 each and are available at the Craig Chamber of Commerce, 360 E. Victory Way. Call 824-5689.
7 p.m. Intercambio takes place at the Boys & Girls Club of Craig, 1324 E. Highway 40. Call 824-6424.
Wednesday, Feb. 18
9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Aging Well Program's "Wellness Wednesday" is at American Legion Post No. 62 for individuals ages 50 and older. It includes art, writing and exercise classes throughout the day. Lunch is served at each week's presentation. To register for activities, call 871-7676.
2:30 to 5 p.m. The "Healthier Living with Chronic Conditions" class takes place at the American Legion post, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call the Aging Well Information Line at 871-7676.
5:30 p.m. A free tax workshop for Spanish-speaking immigrants takes place at the Craig Fire Station, 419 Yampa Ave. Call Comunidad Integrada at 871-4599 or 824-6424.
6 p.m. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary hosts bingo upstairs at the VFW Hall, 419 E. Victory Way. Bingo packets cost $15 each. The event is open to the public. Call Mary Walters at 824-2923.
