The Museum of Northwest Colorado recently has acquired some new items for its collections including a bridle made by David Lant, football programs from the mid-1900s and an advertisement featuring photos by A. G. Wallihan.

It was early April, and the signs of cabin fever were everywhere. Doors being slammed, harder and harder. Senseless arguments, starting with sarcastic snaps at each other. My favorite symptom: watching three little girls drawing pictures on frost covered windows.

The Moffat County Bulldog Hockey Club all but wrapped up a trip to the Rocky Mountain Youth Hockey League playoffs Friday night, skating past host Steamboat Springs, 3-2, at Howelsen Ice Arena.

Little has stood in the way of the Craig Middle School girls basketball team so far this season. Saturday was no different. The Bulldogs pushed past visiting Baggs Middle School, 31-28, and Meeker Middle School, 35-25, improving to 7-0 on the year.
