The Craig Bad Dogs youth wrestling team secured 11 first-place finishes at the Palisade Little Dawgs Tournament on Saturday.

Facing some of the Western Slope’s toughest youth wrestlers, the Bad Dogs accumulated a 46-15 overall record with 28 pins.

Thomas Baker (3-0, two pins), Mikey Bingham (2-1, two pins), Lane Gonzales (2-0, one pin), Ashlee Griffiths (3-0, one pin), Kaden Hafey (3-0, three pins), Gregory Hixson (3-0, two pins), Kaden Hixson (4-0, two pins), Mikinzie Klimper (2-0, two pins), Devon Mosman (2-0, two pins), TJ Shelton (2-0, two pins) and Dagan White (3-0, one pin) all picked up first-place finishes.

The results show a marked improvement from last year, when the Bad Dogs were only able to earn one first-place finish at the Little Dawgs Tournament.
