In accordance with Wednesday’s presidential proclamation ordering U.S. flags lowered to half-staff on all federal facilities through Sunday to honor U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy, Gov. Bill Ritter also has directed that U.S. and Colorado flags be lowered to half-staff on state facilities through sunset Sunday.
