- Isis and Martin Beckett, of Craig, announce the birth of their son, Cash Alberto Beckett, at 10:55 a.m. April 16, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long. Grandparents are the late Delf Martinez, Martha Martinez, of Craig, and Joyce and Doug Beckett, of Craig. The baby was welcomed home by siblings Kale and Mara.
- Elizabeth Lester and Jesse Flores announce the birth of their son, Diego Jesse Manuel Flores, at 7:07 p.m. April 14, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long. Grandparents are Hector and Rachel Flores, of Craig, and Stanley and Teresa Lester, of Ashville, N.C.
- Erin and Toby Knez, of Craig, announce the birth of their son, Chance Joseph Knez, at 2:53 p.m. April 16, 2009, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Al and Joan Cashion, and Jody and Marlene Knez, all of Craig. The baby was welcomed home by a sibling, Katie Jo.
