The Craig Daily Press is seeking three to four people to participate on its next editorial board.
Editorial board members meet from noon to 1 p.m. Mondays to discuss the paper's opinion pieces for the next week's Wednesday and Saturday papers. Editorial board terms last three months.

Newspaper seeking teacher nominations
The Craig Daily Press is accepting nominations for its annual Teacher of the Year award.
Residents are invited to nominate their favorite Moffat County teacher by writing a nomination of no more than 100 words about why he or she deserves the award.
You must include your name for the nomination to be counted.
Nominations may be dropped off at the Daily Press office, 466 Yampa Ave., e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to Craig Daily Press, Attn: Joshua Roberts, P.O. Box 5, Craig, CO 81626.
The winner will be decided by the Daily Press editorial board, which includes employees and community members, based on the entries. Past Teachers of the Year are Amy Pottinger, Rosemary Crosthwaite and Sylvia Duncan.
VNA sponsoring free immunizations April 11
The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association will be offering free immunizations from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 11 for children 2 to 8 years old at the VNA booth in the Centennial Mall during the 2009 Celebrate Children Festival.
A parent must be present and should bring an updated immunization record with them. A Spanish interpreter will be available. For more information, call 824-8233.
High school parent group meets Monday
The Moffat County High School parent advisory meeting is scheduled for 6 to 7 p.m. Monday in the school library, 900 Finley Lane. The parent advisory committee meets on the first Monday of every month.
"This is a critical meeting for parents and (the) principal to communicate on issues, concerns and general information," school administrators said in a news release.

4-H group hosts fundraiser Saturday
A newly formed 4-H community group, yet to be named, will have a bake sale fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply, 2355 W. Victory Way. There will also be a coloring contest and prizes.
