Darwin Roy Forquer, 41, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of intimidating a witness/victim.

Luis Torres, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Friday, Sept. 19

William C. Kinchen, 26, of Hammond, La., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and disobedience to traffic control devices.

Officers issued a citation for driving under the influence.
