Gary Eugene Higgins, 21, of Grand Junction, was booked into Moffat County Jail on warrant.

Dale Lucerne, 53, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on warrant.

Wednesday, Sept. 17

Moses Emil Cardenas, 23, of Gelette, Wyo., was booked into Moffat County Jail on warrant.

Thomas James Kober, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving after license revocation, false reporting to authorities, abandonment of motor vehicle, duty to report accidents and reckless driving.
