David Ronald Blair, 20, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of issuance of personalized plates authorized, habitual traffic offender, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jerry Stewart, 25, of Dinosaur, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Jennifer Rose Herring, 26, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of aggravated motor vehicle theft, forgery and special plates.

David Rodney Mitchell, 32, of Paonia, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of probation violation and domestic violence.
