Senior Spotlight for Sept. 3

Nice refreshing rain, yes? Company on the way home. My sister, Anna Berniece, and daughter Jean were here for the Labor Day weekend.
Pretty quiet around here this past weekend. But, birthdays still come. We have belated birthdays: Twila Holmes, Norm Gibbs, Dena Price, Charles Terry, Verna Miller, Keith Antonson, Beverly Higgins, Judith Heflin, Wayne Mohrstadt and Esther Self.
Speedy recovery/get well to Betsie Robinett, Ray Gloeckle, Grace Granados, Leon Earle, Tracy Sheldon and Phyllis Hunt.
VFW senior dinner takes place at 5 p.m. Saturday. A potluck takes place at noon Friday at Sunset Meadows. See you there?
