9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Aging Well Program's "Wellness Wednesday" is at the American Legion Post. No. 62 for individuals age 50 and older and includes fitness, tai chi, lunch and CNCC classes throughout the day. This week's presentation is "Meditation as an Aid to Wellness" with Dr. Fred H. 8 a.m. to noon. AARP presents 55 Alive, a two-day driver safety program, at Sunset Meadows 1, 633 Ledford St. in Craig. This is the first day of the class. The class, which costs $10, will be held in the second floor activity room. To RSVP, call 824-5123.
