Tuesday, Oct. 7

Reba Danielle Silman, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of theft, disorderly conduct, illegal possession and consumption of ethyl alcohol by a minor and false reporting to authorities.

Wednesday, Oct. 8

Chaz Wesley Jolley, 26, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on warrant.

Bernie John Malburg, 46, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of first-degree burglary - forced entry - of a residence, possessing a dangerous or illegal weapon and second-degree assault of a non-family member with a weapon.

Firefighters responded to a report of a hazardous materials incident in Rio Blanco County.
