Vet flu shots at Craig

Telehealth clinic the VA is waiting for their flu shot vaccine supply, so nothing should be available until you receive a letter from the VA or until late October.

American Legion Raffle

American Legion Post 62 is sponsoring a raffle to assist their fund raising for operational costs. This raffle is for a Remington Model 700 BDL 30-06 with a variable 3-9x40 Leupold scope. Tickets are $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00. Tickets can be gotten from the Post on MCR 7, or most Legion members. This office has a few. The drawing will be held October 11th at the Elk's Club during the Bingo session and you do not need to be present to win.

Welcome Hunters Breakfast at the VFW continues. If you haven't tried it, now is the time.

CVSO Office absence

The Moffat county VSO office will be closed October 2nd through 7th. Dick Maxson will handle the rides that have already scheduled to the VAMC in Grand Junction during this period. All other ride requests, for this period, must have been received before Oct. 1 to get you on the calendar. There will be no exceptions. The VSO will be in the office on Friday Oct. 10 to catch-up on October transports and other vet issues postponed because of the trip.
