Ten trails and two lifts will be open today at the Steamboat Ski Area, a spokeswoman confirmed Tuesday.

The Christie Peak Express and Preview lifts will start at 8:30 a.m. for Scholarship Day. The open trails are: Desperado, for lessons; upper Boulevard; Headwall North; Lil’ Rodeo, with some of the terrain park; Preview; lower Right-O-Way; Stampede; Jess’ Cut-Off; Sitz; and See Ya.
