8:30 to 10 a.m. Senior swimnastics is at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call 824-3625.
10 to 11:30 a.m. The Craig branch of Moffat County Libraries will hold story-time with Veteran’s Day as the theme. Three military veterans will read their favorite childhood stories. Children will make thank-you notes for veterans, as well as a care package. Children should bring something for the care package.
3:50 to 7:30 p.m. Parent/teacher conferences take place in the first- and second-floor commons areas and cafeteria at Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane. Information about students’ attendance, and academic progress will be available. For more information, call MCHS at 824-7036.
4 to 6 p.m. Superintendent Search Committee meets at the Moffat County School District administrative building, 775 Yampa Ave. The meeting is open to the public. Call 824-3268.
8 to 9:15 p.m. Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous open topic discussion meeting is at 50 S. Ranney St. Call 888-333-9649.

6 p.m. The Elks Lodge hosts bingo each Friday night. Fifteen games are played with a minimum payout of $1,000 each night. The lodge is at 43 W. Victory Way. Doors open at 5 p.m.
6 to 8 p.m. American Legion Post No. 62 will hold a spaghetti dinner at the Legion. Everyone is welcome.
7 to 9 p.m. Celebrate Recovery meets at First Baptist Church, 1150 W. Ninth St. The purpose of the group is to help people overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups in a safe environment. Live worship music is performed, and childcare is provided. Late comers are welcome. Call Caroline at 620-0659.
Saturday, Nov. 8
6 p.m. The American Legion Post No. 62 hosts bingo night at the Elk’s Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way. Eleven games will be played. Doors open at 5 p.m. A 10-game pack costs $15. Call 824-3625.
6 p.m. The Yampa Valley Pregnancy Center will host its 16th-annual chili supper and silent auction Boys & Girls Club of Craig, 1324 E. Victory Way. Cost is $6 per person, $10 per couple and $20 for a family of four, with $2 for each additional child. Tickets will be sold at the door. Call 824-5204
