David Troy Selman, 46, of Baggs, Wyo., was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
Sarah Grace Kustelega, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of child abuse.
Tyler D. Pike, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.
Jason Randy Southern, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, sexual assault, false imprisonment and obstruction of telephone or telegraph service.
