Chase Allen Cleaver, 23, of unknown residence, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle while under restraint and required position and method of turning.
Elvis Aaron Campbell, 25, of Westminster, was booked into Moffat County Jail on warrant.
