Letter carriers are scheduled to collect nonperishable food donations along their routes. Donated food will be delivered to the Interfaith Food Bank as part of the annual Stamp Out Hunger drive conducted by the National Association of Letter Carriers. Place food donations in your mailbox before normal mail delivery time. Donations also can be dropped off in the post office lobby, City Market, Safeway or Wal-Mart.
8 a.m. to noon Mackinsie’s Dream Team hosts a craft, bake and garage sale at 410 Apple St. Proceeds go to Craig’s American Cancer Society Relay For Life. Call Lucille at 824-5945.
9 a.m. to noon The Boys & Girls Club of Craig hosts a Pitch, Hit and Run competition at Loudy-Simpson Park. Youths ages 7 to 14 can compete. All participants must have a copy of a birth certificate to compete. Call Mike at 826-0411.

11 a.m. to 2 p.m. MJK Sales and Feed, 290 Ranney St., hosts its free annual barbecue with brats or hot dogs and Pepsi.
2 to 3 p.m. Diana Marie Weitzel reads from and discusses her book, “Fall Into Freedom: An Affair Inspires One Woman’s Search for Truth,” at Downtown Books, 543 Yampa Ave. Call 970-824-5343.
6 p.m. The American Legion Post No. 62 hosts bingo night at the Elk’s Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way. Eleven games will be played. Doors open at 5 p.m. A 10-game pack costs $15. Call 824-3625.
6 p.m. The Elks Lodge hosts bingo each Friday night. Fifteen games are played with a minimum payout of $1,000 each night. The lodge is at 43 W. Victory Way. Doors open at 5 p.m.
7 to 9 p.m. Celebrate Recovery meets at First Baptist Church, 1150 W. Ninth St. The purpose of the group is to help people overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups, in a safe environment. Live worship music and childcare is provided. Latecomers welcome. Call Caroline at 620-0659.

5:30 p.m. The Bureau of Land Management Little Snake Field Office, 455 Emerson St., hosts a public signing party for the Northwest Colorado Greater Sage-Grouse Conservation Plan.
