U.S.D.A. Commodities are to be distributed by the Moffat County Department of Social Services in Craig is from 9 to 11 a.m. May 13 at 595 Breeze St. (northeast alley entrance only).
Distribution in Maybell is from 9 to 9:30 a.m. May 14 at the Community Center.
Distribution in Dinosaur is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. May 14 at the Dinosaur Social Services building.
All households that receive commodities must be recertified each year. A picture ID, proof of address and income or current eligibility is required.

50th class reunion coming in August
Classmates still are being sought for the 50th class reunion for the graduating class of 1958. The reunion is Aug. 16 and 17 at the Holiday Inn in Craig.

Spaghetti fundraiser takes place May 16
A fundraising, all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner for the Bad Dog wrestling team is from 6 to 8 p.m. May 16 at Calvary Baptist Church, 1050 Yampa Ave.
Cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children, and can be purchased from Bad Dog wrestlers or at The Furniture Gallery of Craig, 385 Ranney St.
Proceeds go toward sending youths to wrestling camp. Call 846-7284.
Disc-throwing clinic to be held May 15
There will be a flying disc-throwing clinic for anyone interested in learning about the sport of disc dog competition and fun at 6:30 p.m. May 15 at Loudy-Simpson Park.
Honey Rock Dogs Boarding Kennel hosts the event, which is free to the public. Tips on teaching your dog to catch a disc will be presented. Official Colorado Disc Dogs discs will be available at the clinic for $3 each.
Plans are in the works to bring a Colorado Disc Dogs competition to Craig on Sept. 27. This sport is a family-friendly event that is open to people and their dogs of all levels of ability.
