6 p.m. The Elks Lodge hosts bingo each Friday night. Fifteen games are played with a minimum payout of $1,000 each night. The lodge is at 43 W. Victory Way. Doors open at 5 p.m.

9 a.m. to noon. Sombrero Ranches Annual Horse Drive goes through Maybell. Several hundred horses will pass through Maybell as they are herded from their winter range to the ranch just east of Lay.
