Robert Charles Weiland, 49, of Colorado Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail on warrant.

Jeffrey Kim Severson, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of vehicular eluding, two counts of driving under the influence, driving under restraint, reckless driving, following too closely, failing to stop or yield at a highway intersection, failure to wear a safety belt and resisting arrest.
