The Relay for Life “Rack Pack” team hosts two fundraisers this weekend to benefit the American Cancer Society.
Today, the team will host a booth from 7:30 a.m. to noon during Huck Finn Fun Day at Loudy-Simpson Park. Visitors may get their face painted, play fish pond and win a chance at a free guided elk hunt or dinner for two at Vallartas.
On Sunday, the team hosts a pancake, sausage and egg breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. at Wyman Museum during the Mountain Man Rendezvous. The cost is $5 per person.
Visitors may decorate a luminaria to honor a loved one struggling with or lost to cancer during each fundraiser. The luminarias will be lit up as a “beacon of hope” during the Craig Relay for Life event July 18, team members reported.
