Thanks to the Relay for Life volunteers. I was there — in spirit. I am a survivor. I don’t participate much in anything anymore, but I am doing fairly well now. So, onward and forward to the now.

We are busy with rodeos, AirFest this past weekend, yard sales, etc.

Birthdays we have this week: Peter Forbes and Kirby Barber.

Get well/speedy recovery to Wilma Davis, Donna Ward, Karen Prince and Jane Seiloff.

McDonalds Senior Breakfast is scheduled for July 23. A Preserving the Last Frontier meeting is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. July 26 in the Sunset Meadows I recreation room. An AARP meeting is slated for 2 p.m. July 28 in the Sunset Meadows I dining room.

A potluck is scheduled for noon Friday at Sunset Meadows I.

Ruth and Don Seick celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary at Sunset Meadows I last week. Millie Bilsing’s daughter, Barb Bumbalo, and her husband, Ed, from Texas and great-granddaughters, Jessica and Katrina Balley, from Denver came to visit last week. Bill and Carol Bilsing from Florida also were here.

Jim Fuller had guests also during the week: his daughter and children came to visit.

Do have news? I’d be glad to hear from you. Call me at 824-2139.

Thanks,

Mary Jo
