Today

6:30 to 8:15 p.m. "Pulse" Young group, for youths ages 11 to 18, meets every Tuesday at the New Creation Church in the Centennial Mall. Call 756-0010.

7 p.m. Comunidad Integrada offers a free English and Spanish learning club, Intercambio, every Tuesday at the Boys & Girls Club of Craig, 1324 E. U.S. Highway 40. The club is for all ages. Call 824-6424.

8 to 9:15 p.m. Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous' nonsmoking Book Study closed meeting is at 50 S. Ranney St. Call 888-333-9649.

Wednesday, July 2

8 a.m. The Craig Downtown Business Association meets at Serendipity Coffee Shop, 576 Yampa Ave. The second Wednesday of each month is a Meet-and-Greet, hosted by a local business.

9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Aging Well Program's "Wellness Wednesday" is at the American Legion Building, formerly the Shadow Mountain Clubhouse. "Wellness Wednesday" is a program for adults ages 50 and older. Activities include art, writing, fitness and tai chi classes. Every week there is a presentation and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. No reservation is necessary. Call 871-7676. Thursday, July 3

2 to 3 p.m. Sen. Ken Salazar appears at the Moffat County Fairgrounds Pavilion. The senator will spend some of the time discussing the recently passed Farm Bill including conservation, nutrition, commodity and renewable energy titles. The event is open to the public.

Friday, July 4

The Moffat County Libraries will be closed for the Fourth of July holiday.

6 p.m. The Elks Lodge hosts bingo each Friday night. Fifteen games are played with a minimum payout of $1,000 each night. The lodge is located at 43 W. Victory Way. Doors open at 5 p.m.

6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Celebrate Recovery invites the community to spend the evening on the hill at First Baptist Church, 1150 W. Ninth St., to watch fireworks. Hot dogs will be on sale for $1, hamburgers for $2 and drinks will be available outside of the church. Proceeds go toward sending Celebrate Recovery leaders to California for training.

7 to 8 p.m. Celebrate Recovery will be having an open meeting with a special worship band. Child care will be provided. Any further questions please contact the 620-0659.
