We would like to thank our sponsors, the Craig Daily Press and Katie’s Kostumes, for their support for our New Year’s Eve event.

We are appreciative and totally impressed at the amount of coverage the Daily Press gave us. Thanks to Kathie Johnson for the great costumes and decorations.

We want to mention KRAI Radio as well.

You folks gave us amazing coverage and we had a lot of fun working with you and we thank you. Also thanks to the cast and crew who put this event on and gave up their valuable spare time rehearsing and performing a fun, entertaining and really great show for our audience.

The cast and crew: Hannah “Trulee Nice” Miller, Beth “Prudence Doright” Gilchrist, Chane “Fingers McKeys” Smith, Randy “Professor Pinstripe” Looper, Mike “Dr. Trevor Watson” Lausin, Julie “Notso Shifty” Dempster, Jason “Mugsy Malone” Haughey, Kathie “Cloe Carmichael” Johnson, Justin “Cheesey Calzone” Rinehart, Jackie “Suzy Doubletree” Archuleta, Matt “Mayor Robert Shifty” Leach, Roni “Lily the Hostess” Smith, Alyssa “Hattie Hatcheck” Macomber, Bartenders: Becky Miller and Sue Burns, Assistant Director Cindy Chotvacs, and DJ Bryon Smith.

Special thanks to Andy Chotvacs for moving set pieces and director and assistant script writer Janine Rinker. Also, Jan Rinker and cast for food and set decoration.

We appreciate all your hard work.

Question of the week

Steamboat Springs is considering adopting a social host ordinance, which would add harsher punishments — such as jail time — for adults who knowingly “host” parties where underage drinking is allowed. Do you think Craig needs a social host ordinance?
