Enrollments are being taken for the 2008 Moffat County 4-H program year. 4-H enables youths ages 8 to18 to participate in hands-on projects, attend camps, make friends, acquire and/or improve their leadership and public speaking skills and much more.
Enrollment forms are available at the CSU Moffat County Extension Office, 539 Barclay St. For more, call 824-9180.
Radon classes coming
Two radon education programs will be offered at the CSU Moffat County Extension Office, 539 Barclay St. The first class is from 6 to 7 p.m. Jan. 15 and noon to 1 p.m. Jan. 17. A light meal and short-term radon test kit will be provided free to participants. Registration is required by contacting the CSU Moffat County Extension Office at 824-9180.
