Craig briefs for Feb. 26

The Moffat County High School Parent Accountability Committee is scheduled to meet from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday in the high school library. The meeting is open to the public.

Meetings begin with a "let's listen" session for parents to voice their concerns and commendations to the group. Whenever needed, additional time and research are devoted to the concerns.

Parent Accountability meetings serve as an advisory for the High School principal Jane Harmon, and a sounding board for new ideas, materials, concepts and concerns from the community. Revisions in high school policies are reviewed and recommendations are made to the principal.

Church to host free film screening

First Congregational United Church of Christ, 630 Green St., will host a free screening of the film, "Malcolm" at 6 p.m. Wednesday. The event is open to the public.
