Thomas James Kober, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving after license revocation, eluding or attempting to allude a police officer, driving a vehicle with a revoked license after being a habitual traffic offender, driving a vehicle without traffic signals, operating an off highway vehicle on a roadway where prohibited and failing to register or comply with registration requirements relating to a snowmobile.
