Troy Duane Bailey, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, careless driving, eluding or attempting to elude a police officer.
Steve Alvin Casias, 30, of Colorado Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
