Administrative Professionals Day

8 a.m. The Craig Downtown Business Association meets at Serendipity Coffee Shop, 576 Yampa Ave. The second Wednesday of each month is a meet-and-greet, hosted by a local business.

8 a.m. to noon. Moffat County High School juniors take the ACT. After the test, the juniors will be dismissed for the remainder of the day. They are welcome to return at 2 p.m. for the Holocaust speaker.

3 p.m. Mystery of the Holy Unction service takes place at Saint John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 691 Green St.

3:30 to 7 p.m. 55 and older swim is at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call 824-3625.

7 p.m. Final Bridegroom Service takes place at Saint John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 691 Green St.

6:47 to 7:47 a.m. The Craig Chamber of Commerce's Wake-up Craig Breakfast is at Thunder Rolls Bowling Center, 990 Industrial Ave. The event is sponsored by The Memorial Hospital and hosted by the Moffat County Young Life. Cost is $5. Call 824-5689.

7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Kindergarten registration for the 2008-09 school year takes place at East, Sunset and Ridgeview elementary schools. A student must be 5 years old before Aug. 31, 2008, to be eligible for kindergarten. The child's birth certificate and immunization record are needed.

8:30 to 10 a.m. Senior swimnastics is at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call 824-3625.

9 a.m. Vespers and Divine Liturgy of St. Basil the Great takes place at Saint John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 691 Green St.

5 to 6 p.m. Eighth-grade poetry contest winners read their work at Serendipity Coffee Shop, 576 Yampa Ave. Call 824-5343.

5 to 7 p.m. The Craig Chamber of Commerce's After-Hours Mixer, which includes food and prizes, is hosted by Brother's Custom Processing, 383 E. First St.

6:30 p.m. Craig Christian Church's high school mission trip team hosts a Chicago-style dinner and auction at the church to raise money for their upcoming mission trip to Chicago. Dinner costs are by donation. The auction will follow. The trip team is selling a day's work by students.

7 p.m. Susan Warsinger, a Holocaust survivor, will give a community presentation at Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane. For more information, call 824-7036.

7 p.m. The Passion of our Lord and reading of the Twelve Gospels takes place at Saint John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 691 Green St.

Friday, April 25

Bingo at The Elks Lodge is canceled.
