The Bonfils Blood Center, based in Denver, plans to make another stop at the Center of Craig, 601 Yampa Ave., from 12:30 to 6 p.m. April 22.
Bonfils supplies hospitals across the state with blood for transfusions, surgeries and other operations.
To set a specific time to donate blood, call The Memorial Hospital at 824-9411. Walk-ins also are welcome.
"We really need blood," said Anna Rippy, TMH Auxiliary Volunteers president. "Each pint of blood will be split to help three different people."
The Bonfils blood drive happens about every 60 days, Rippy said.
Those eligible to donate blood must weigh at least 110 pounds, be at least 18 years old or have written parent consent, have not had a tattoo or body piercing in the past 12 months and have not traveled to an area with known malaria problems in the past 12 months.
Bonfils officials recommend eating a full meal and drinking plenty of water before donating to offset any potential side effects, such as dizziness.
